RHOT1P3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOT1P3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P31, IGKV1OR-2, and MIR6729. Each is linked with RHOT1P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1P3-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P31 grouped by RHOT1P3-low versus RHOT1P3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
