RHOT1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOT1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN4, DDAH1, and FRY. Each is linked with RHOT1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1P1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOT1P1 versus SEPTIN4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
