RHOT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,362 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP6, GIMAP7, and IL18RAP. Each is linked with RHOT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOT1 versus GIMAP6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
