RHOT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,784 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAR2P1, NGRN, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with RHOT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAR2P1 grouped by RHOT1-low versus RHOT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
