RHOT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,324 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC37B, TAOK1, and SUZ12. Each is linked with RHOT1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOT1 versus LRRC37B in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
