Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,352 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitochondrion localization, microtubule-mediated, Mitochondrion transport along microtubule, and Mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization involved in programmed cell death. Each is linked with RHOT1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1 results are reported.
