RHOT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTT4, CRYGD, and ZC2HC1B. Each is linked with RHOT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTT4 grouped by RHOT1-low versus RHOT1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
