Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOQP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,117 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOQP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear membrane reassembly, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport.
