Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, RPL22P18, and RPL32P28. Each is linked with RHOJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOJ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOJ results are reported.
