Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOJ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FASN. Each is linked with RHOJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOJ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOJ results are reported.
