The most reproducible RHOJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPLX4, ACSM6, and CFHR2. Each is linked with RHOJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOJ-to-partner and partner-to-RHOJ results are reported.
