Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOG data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RHOG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RHOG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
