Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,223 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, PARP14, and PLCB2. Each is linked with RHOG in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOG-to-partner and partner-to-RHOG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOG versus DOCK10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
