Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,281 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOG-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, CD3G, and GRAP2. Each is linked with RHOG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOG-to-partner and partner-to-RHOG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOG versus GZMK in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
