RHOF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,762 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1D, MYO1F, and MYO9B_S1122. Each is linked with RHOF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOF-to-partner and partner-to-RHOF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOF versus MYO1D in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
