Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,711 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOF-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABYR, DDX39A, and RPS21. Each is linked with RHOF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOF-to-partner and partner-to-RHOF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOF versus CABYR in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
