RHOD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,129 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF185, SSH3, and ZNF185_S465. Each is linked with RHOD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOD-to-partner and partner-to-RHOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOD versus ZNF185 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
