Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,770 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO4A1, AHNAK2, and MROH6. Each is linked with RHOD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOD-to-partner and partner-to-RHOD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOD versus SLCO4A1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
