Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOD RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,927 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antimicrobial peptide production, Antimicrobial peptide biosynthetic process, and Antibacterial peptide production. Each is linked with RHOD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOD-to-partner and partner-to-RHOD results are reported.
