The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RHOBTB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOBTB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where RHOBTB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
