Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOBTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,574 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOBTB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, SORBS3, and TNS1_S1124. Each is linked with RHOBTB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOBTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOBTB2 versus PPP1R12B in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
