Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOBTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,702 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAK16, MZT1, and PDIK1L. Each is linked with RHOBTB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOBTB2 results are reported.
