Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOBTB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RHOBTB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOBTB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by RHOBTB2-low versus RHOBTB2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
