RHOBTB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOBTB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,621 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOBTB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP7, CCAR2, and TRIM35. Each is linked with RHOBTB2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOBTB2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOBTB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOBTB2 versus CHMP7 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOBTB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOBTB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
