Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOB data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RHOB Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
