RHOB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,938 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, YARS1, and ITGA1. Each is linked with RHOB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOB-to-partner and partner-to-RHOB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOB versus TNS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
