Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTK, CCR2, and NCKAP1L. Each is linked with RHOB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOB-to-partner and partner-to-RHOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOB versus BTK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
