Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOB-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6 and TLE7. Each is linked with RHOB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOB-to-partner and partner-to-RHOB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by RHOB-low versus RHOB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
