Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHO Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHO data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RHO Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHO expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where RHO Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
