Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHEBP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RHEBP2 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RHEBP2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHEBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.
HNSC, CHOL, and SKCM are the cancer types where RHEBP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
