The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RHEBP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHEBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and GBM are the cancer types where RHEBP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
