RHEBL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHEBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHEBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, MTCYBP10, and TEMN3-AS1. Each is linked with RHEBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHEBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RHEBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by RHEBL1-low versus RHEBL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHEBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHEBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
