Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHEBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,801 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHEBL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, (R)-carnitine transport, and (R)-carnitine transmembrane transport. Each is linked with RHEBL1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHEBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RHEBL1 results are reported.
