RHD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V1, CD300H, and RPE65. Each is linked with RHD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHD-to-partner and partner-to-RHD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
