Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHCG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHCG data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RHCG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHCG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where RHCG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
