RHCG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHCG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHCG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB5, A2ML1, and SEPSECS. Each is linked with RHCG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHCG-to-partner and partner-to-RHCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHCG versus SERPINB5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
