Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHCG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1_pS65, MEK1, and MSH2. Each is linked with RHCG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHCG-to-partner and partner-to-RHCG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1_pS65 grouped by RHCG-low versus RHCG-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
