Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,931 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with RHBDL3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL3-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL3 results are reported.
