RHBDL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,003 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANXA5, ZFYVE19, and RPS6KB2. Each is linked with RHBDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANXA5 grouped by RHBDL2-low versus RHBDL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
