The most reproducible RHBDL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell-substrate junction assembly, Protein localization to plasma membrane, and Regulation of antigen processing and presentation. Each is linked with RHBDL2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL2 results are reported.
