The most reproducible RHBDL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Regulation of membrane hyperpolarization, and Ventral midline development. Each is linked with RHBDL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDL2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDL2 results are reported.
