Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHBDF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHBDF2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RHBDF2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHBDF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, LGG, and BRCA are the cancer types where RHBDF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
