RHBDF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,530 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUN1, MICALL2, and MMP2. Each is linked with RHBDF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDF1 versus SUN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
