Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,402 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP6, MPG, and GNPTG. Each is linked with RHBDF1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDF1 results are reported.
