RHBDF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 724 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXA1, AKAP3, and OSCP1. Each is linked with RHBDF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXA1 grouped by RHBDF1-low versus RHBDF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
