RHBDD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, Di-Ras3, and Heregulin. Each is linked with RHBDD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD3-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by RHBDD3-low versus RHBDD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
