Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,590 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHBDD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, Negative regulation of chromosome condensation, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure. Each is linked with RHBDD3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD3-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD3 results are reported.
