RHBDD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHBDD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,178 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L1, AKAP9, and PNPLA8. Each is linked with RHBDD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDD2 versus BAIAP2L1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
