Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,016 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to unfolded protein, Proton transmembrane transport, and Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RHBDD2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD2 results are reported.
