RHBDD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHBDD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,458 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHBDD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG3, PSMA7, and KPNA3. Each is linked with RHBDD2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHBDD2-to-partner and partner-to-RHBDD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHBDD2 versus NDRG3 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHBDD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHBDD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
